From Never Again
- If you don't have a username on the wiki, get one. It takes exactly two seconds. Use something close to your own name. If you're going to do that now, press back and refresh to get back here.
- Go to the page you're interested in. If it's the page you came from, press back again. You might like to open this page in a different window, but it's up to you
- Read the page and if there's some bit you want to respond to, press the nearest link that says 'Discussion'
- There is a little '+' sign at the top of each Discussion page, press it to add your comment. To add to any other section on these pages or the main pages, just press 'edit' on the right of the section or at the top of the page.
- Type type type. Type like a demon, knowing that what you write will be preserved forever and caring not a bit.
- Press this button ~ (this is called a 'tilde') four times. This signs your name so you don't have to bother.
- press 'save page'
- well done! you've just edited a wiki! Give yourself a cup of tea.
If you've stuffed something up don't get upset or waste hours trying to make it look OK (unless you have hours, in which case feel free), someone else will sort it out for you. That's what wiki-angels are for.
