International Committee
The committee is in a state of flux at the moment but these are its current members:

Priorities
These are the priorities identified during the jigsaw conversation, July 2006. Although they will develop, these priorities will largely shape our direction over the next year and beyond
Short term
- Registering for legal status in UK and Canada
- Website Development
- Establishing permanent yet fluid structure
- Move forward with programme development
- Meet commitments and complete projects already taken on
- Evaluation of NA work
- Develop NA internal Communication Strategy
- Set up Strategy to integrate and involve new members into Never AgainÌs community of collaborators
- Write a project design template
- Manage first international internships
- Sustainably establish and develop Never AgainÌs Peacebuilding Office in Kigali
- Help create sustainability among NA's active Groups, develop the content of their activities, and support them to find solutions to become self-sustaining.
- Follow up on ideas from Kivu retreat and begin an archive of retreat facilitating methods
- Collate, archive and develop methods used in trainings, retreats, forums and one off live events
Medium term
- Financial stability and sustainability
- Developing our thematic presence
- Develop healthy organizational processes and procedures for IC
- Crisis Prevention and Response iR2P
- Reconnecting the Media Group to NAI Rwanda (Butare-Kigali)
- Liaise with potential partners to work with on youth programming (both formal and non-formal education) focusing both on creative/educational programmes for UK/US youth examining issues of personal responsibility and reckoning with controversial issues, and on intercultural exchanges (field seminars) between UK, US (and maybe others) and Rwandan (and other ÒDRC/Burundi) youth
- Collaborate with Dallaire to advance Coalition for New Humanitarianism and Retreat, Summer Schools etc.
- Incorporating Professor Zeldin's Conversation tool into programmes www.oxfordmuse.com
- Collate, archive and develop education methods, used in trainings, retreats, forums and one off live events
- Develop our media programme
- Collate our work on structure, how did we devise it, archive it and use it with research to develop ideas for institutional structure and community
Long term
- Organisational and environmental sustainability
- Build a network including all of humanity
- Putting humanity at the centre of political decision making
- Football Festival 2009
- An International NA Roadshow for the next generation policy makers.
- Seeing those with the political power act.
- Increase and develop critical thinking in local area
- Addressing new ways of working globally in solidarity across various lines

The International Committee is currently putting together its core aims & objectives, working methods and structure with the rest of the organisation. Never Again is now a registered non-profit company in the UK.
